21 Days of Prayer & Fasting

JANUARY 3-24, 2021

As we embark on a new year at Faith Church, we want to make it a priority to seek God first in prayer and fasting. We do this collectively as a church through 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting. Together, we faithfully seek God first, trusting His power alone to create a lasting impact on our lives.

Prayer + Fasting Guides

21 Days of Prayer is a time where we intentionally seek God every day in prayer as we believe for Him to move in powerful ways. If you are preparing for an upcoming season of 21 Days of Prayer or you want to learn more about strengthening your personal prayer life, use these resources to help.

In addition to your personal prayer time, we want to encourage you to engage in a Prayer group over the next 21 days.
Here are some ideas:

• In-Person Groups – Gather your group together once a week during the 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting

• Zoom – Not feeling like you can be around people yet? Pray

• Prayer Walks – God has placed you in a community. Step out of your house, stretch your legs, and intercede for your community.

Submit a Prayer Request

Let us know how we can agree with you in prayer during this season.

Pray With Us 3 Times A Day During the Next 21 Days

Join us on Facebook or YouTube every day during the next 21 Days for morning pre-recorded devotions.

We will also have a LIVE afternoon prayer time streaming from the Summerville campus on YouTube or Facebook.

In addition, we are encouraging an evening prayer time for for individuals / families.

More Information About Fasting

Fasting is voluntarily going without food—or any other regularly enjoyed, good gift from God—for the sake of a spiritual purpose. Jesus invites His followers to fast, and we fast in this life because we believe in the life to come. We fast from what we can see and taste, because we have tasted and seen the goodness of God—and are desperately hungry for more of Him. So take a step of faith, pray without ceasing, and watch God move in your life, our church, and the world!
