At Faith Church, we encourage fasting for 21 days each year in the month of January. Fasting is designed to intensify our dependence on God by weakening our dependence on food and other things.  It's very typical to do a Daniel Fast, complete fast, partial fast, or a soul fast like not using social media, watching television, etc.  To learn more about fasting, view the guide below:

Remember that prayer is a "get to" not a "got to." We don't have to follow a specific formula to talk with God, but practicing different ways to pray can help us find deeper purpose and connection to Him through our prayer. To learn more about prayer, view the prayer guide below.
