HOW DO I REGISTER?

To officially register, you must complete all four steps in order. A completed registration includes submitting a registration through Jotform, registered and paid Transportation Fee, a signed liability form (download, print, and return it to your local Kids Pastor by June 20th), and parent/guardian signed up for Text Updates.

Important: A separate registration form is required for each kid. Registration is non-refundable.

Price Increase: $240 (June 6 - June 20)

Download the student liability form below. A parent or guardian must sign it. Submit it by June 20 via email to kids@faithishere.org or bring it to Kids Church on Sunday.

Camp will be held at River Oaks Retreat in Honea Path, SC, a safe and exciting venue designed for an unforgettable experience.

Camp will take place Wednesday, June 25th to Saturday, June 28th. Make sure to mark your calendars!

For Kids Rising 1st Grade to Rising 6th Grade

A packing list will be sent via email (email used to register your Kid/s).

Information on drop off and pick up will be sent via email.

To encourage engagement and focus during services and free time, cell phones are not permitted outside of cabins. We want kids to fully engage without distractions!

Camper’s are requested not to call home unless there is an emergency. Permission to use the camp phone must be approved by the Camp Director. Incoming calls are also discouraged unless there is an emergency. In case of an emergency, you may leave a message by emailing matt.hoag@ag4sc.com.

All campers will be assigned to gender-specific cabins, each supervised by leaders to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Please indicate any allergies or dietary needs during the registration process, and our camp staff will make accommodations.

You can mail your student a card or package to the above address marked - Camper Name c/o River Oaks with the address!

Campers may want to bring an extra $25 or more for spending money on offerings, snacks, drinks, and t-shirts.
